Where do I begin? I had been struggling for several years not knowing what to do or how I could possibly even begin to remediate the situation on my own. While I understand that knowing what the“situation” was might be helpful for some of you, I am still not comfortable posting this publicly at this time. So, please bear with me. I knew that I could not do this alone and I also knew that there was the issue of biohazard waste and that I would need the help of professionals. So, somehow I came across 911 Knoxville Crime Scene Trauma Decon Services LLC. Making that initial phone call was difficult; however, Paullette was so very kind and put me at great ease. She told me not to be embarrassed and to realize that I had chosen to do something about the situation and that was what mattered. That stuck with me. She explained the initial assessment which was done by Dennis who is an amazingly kindhearted gentleman who also made me feel as though everything was actually going to be alright. After the assessment Paullette worked out a plan of the work that was going to be done explaining everything in detail so that I understood how we got to the estimate. Paullette was so wonderful throughout the entire process. The Team consisted of three exceptional individuals (Dennis, Crystal and Pete) whose dedication and commitment and genuine care for other people is evident in all that they do and is to be commended. They worked so hard and went above and beyond the call of duty. These people truly are a blessing. I could not have imagined such an experience - it is life altering. The weight has been lifted. No matter what your situation be I implore you do not be afraid. They do not judge you - they truly want to help you. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

911 Knoxville may be the most professional, compassionate, and patient, company I've ever worked with before. They are a multifaceted business, but I specifically used them for a hoarded home clean-out. The team I worked alongside of (Dennis, Crystal, Danny, and Pete) were incredibly kind and hard working. Paullette, who oversees operations, was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I truly could not have done this project without all of their help, and I can't recommend them enough!

Truly one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. Obviously this is not a company that sees a lot of calls from people who are having a great time in life at the moment and they know that. They're so so patient and courteous, and genuinely nice people. They went above and beyond cleaning my fathers house, and even repaired a few things that were not in contract just to help us out. Any service that's required by law most people are going to gouge you for as much as they can but these guys are really reasonable and fairly priced. 10/10 company

I’m not sure that I have ever had a better experience working with a company than I had working with 911 Knoxville. I cannot recommend them enough. They were so compassionate and generous during an extremely stressful and difficult situation. Every single person that helped was incredibly kind and they busted their butts to get as much done as they could. It felt as if friends and family were helping us. I really can’t say enough about how great they are. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I have used this group twice now, and both times, they went above and beyond!The first time was for a hoard cleanout. It was a big job, but the team got it done in a day, and it was much less stressful than I anticipated. The second time was for a similar job on a much smaller scale. For this one, they were done in about 4 hours, max.Everyone I have interacted with was professional, courteous, thorough, and caring. The owner is also a wonderful woman, very kind and happy to help people and meet them halfway whenever possible.Their prices are extremely reasonable, and the value for the work they do is incredible.Overall, I cannot recommend these people strongly enough, for jobs large or small!

This company was absolutely amazing. They helped us more than we could have ever imagined. Would definitely use them again if needed. Everyone was very kind and professional. They helped us clean out a family members home in a quick time and we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend them for any clean out/deep clean needs!!

I have used 911 cleaning twice. They are the greatest! They are professional without being stuffy. I feel as if my family is helping. They go above and beyond what is expected. They use an extra amount of elbow grease to bring out the shine! Paulette, Krystal, Dennis, Terry and all....thank you for getting me back into the clean world!! You all are THE BEST!!!!

This company was absolutely amazing. They assisted with the cleanup following a death and a horsing situation. They were reasonable, timely, compassionate, and respectful. While I hope most will never face a tragedy that requires this type service, if you do, they are the answer to your situation. I can not thank them enough!

This crew was exceptional. They did everything I asked and more. They were quick to offer to help with tasks I had not specified on the front end. They were thorough, careful, and thoughtful. This team was absolutely fantastic. They were so warm and friendly. They managed to both turn my nightmare of a living situation in to a home again, and uplift me by speaking to me as if I were a long time friend. I would recommend this team and their service to anyone who needs help. The absolute care and diligence in making sure that they create a space that they would want to live in is at the forefront of what they do. The only negative this is that they have to leave when they finish! I will never forget this team or how they made me feel.

Paulette and Daniel were wonderful to work with. Not only did they travel over an hour to the job site, they were able to arrive the next morning. They were on time, did excellent work and worked quickly. They explained the process with us beforehand and their pricing was very reasonable. Most of all we were treated with compassion and caring throughout the process. It was obvious that they really care about helping people, especially in difficult times. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using their services.
