911 Knoxville Decon Services is a local business, owned and operated by the Thomas family, Terry, Paullette, and our son Daniel. It was Daniel’s unquenchable passion for serving others that led our family to create this much-needed service, helping people navigate through one of the most traumatizing situations they’ll ever encounter.

Daniel has been involved with the local rescue squad since the age of 13, when he joined their Cadet program. Originally stimulated by the urgency and excitement surrounding emergency calls, Daniel soon realized his true fulfillment and ultimate satisfaction was felt when helping people during those emergencies, when they were often at a very low point in their life.

We suffered through a personal tragedy in our own family. We know the pain of loss and the agony of unanswered questions about how this could happen. So we understand our clients in a much closer way than our competitors are able to.
